Lazy Saturdays

In my effort to let go of processed foods, I have been trying to come up with breakfast recipes that I can make ahead of time and freeze. I also like to steal ideas from the magic grocery store freezer and make them with fresh ingredients.

So the latest recipe in the Cookbook is for Mini Sausage Quiches.

Wanna hear a funny story? Sure, you do. For some strange reason, everybody shortens my name to Keesh. It is annoying and irritating. But in a moment of insanity, I decided to use it when I ran for student council. I think my tagline went something like "Your voting for Keesha, not a quiche. A pie can't do what I can." Think it might work if I run for President?
