Easy Salmon
Ingredients:
2 Salmon Fillets
Salt and Pepper
2 - 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small pat of butter
Italian Seasoning
Rinse the salmon fillets in cold water, pat dry.
In a fry pan, add the cooking oil and a small pat of butter.
Over medium heat, add the salmon to the hot oil.
Add the salt, pepper, and a few shakes of the Italian Seasoning to the side your not cooking.
Saute each side of the fish for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add salt, pepper and Italian to the other side of the fish.
Fish is ready when you can flake it
with a fork.
