Cooking Fish!

Today a post on a website got me thinking. I only cook catfish. And even then I only fry it. It's time to maybe try something else. So I added a few recipes for fish that you can try at home.

Just remember fish is very delicate and very tempermental. You could easily mess it up in the blink of an eye. Also, keep in mind that some fish is very smelly. Have vents, fans, and house spray ready!
